Tin Whistle

Post by irishfan7299 » Fri Jul 17, 2020 11:58 am

Hello all! Newbie here. I picked up some tin whistles and didn't know if anyone would have any insight. My internet searches were unsuccessful. The whistles are about an inch long. Only thing stamped on it is "Japan". Here is a link to an example I found on EBAY.

I'm not sure on this one. There is a whistle pictured in the archives that looks a lot like the flag whistle with a Z number of 0045. There is a note beside the Z number that says, "not in archives". But that Z number would be early 1930's and both whistles have painted images that are bright and undamaged for a 90 year old prize. Maybe someone else can post an opinion.
